Inspectors for San Carlos Inspections include David Irons from Seattle Washington and Don Brame from Sunnyvale California, both full time residents of San Carlos.

San Carlos Inspections was started in 2008 and we have had the opportunity to inspect a number of homes here in San Carlos and Guaymas.

Both of us are licensed International Building Inspectors, Don ran a construction company for many years in Northern Idaho and has extensive experience in plumbing, electrical and structural.

David’s background is electrical and mechanical. We have both spent time with local building contractors understanding the local building practices and have seen some very creative and interesting building techniques during our time in business here.
