While you are away San Carlos Inspections can help to make sure you home is taken care so that when you return you will not come home to any unexpected surprises.
We offer a really comprehensive, hands-on approach to home security against domestic disasters, believing firmly that securing the home against unpleasant developments takes more than wishful thinking.On a monthly basis we will not only do a walk through of your home but also check for termites and others bugs, which you do not want in your home.
Flush your toilets, operate your hot & cold water valves to prevent them from freezing up and also to make sure your traps remain full of water which prevents sewer gases and bugs from entering your home.
Check your freezer to make sure your food is still frozen. Before a storm we will make sure your home is secure and after a storm we will visit your home to look for any damage, then send you off an email with our findings.
We can start your car (if you have let one in San Carlos) to make sure the battery is fully charged and before your return we can arrange for a maid to come in and clean and have a gardener clean you yard for you.
If you have a maid and or gardener we can also check to see that the work you expect to have done is being done to your liking.
